GUEST INFORMATION
Our Check-in starts at 3:30 pm. You can leave your luggage in storage until check-in time. The early check-in, available until 11 am for €25, subject to availability on the day of arrival and the late check-out, until 2 pm for €25, subject to availability on the day of departure.
Our reception is located in a restricted traffic area, it is very important to inform the receptionists and provide the vehicle’s license plate number in order to grant access authorization. Those who do not provide the license plate number will have to pay the corresponding penalty.
We have limited parking spaces. Reservations are not allowed. Once the occupancy limit is reached, we inform our customers that there is an agreement with a nearby public parking and our customers benefit from a special price.
The breakfast buffet is served every day at La Cova de Santa María, located at Plaza de Santa María nº 2, just a few steps from the hotel.
Our rooftop is temporarily closed for renovations. We apologise for any inconvenience.
