Only the data strictly necessary for the activation of the insurance (name and surname, identity number, postal address and contact information) will be transferred, in our common interest. This entity will cancel your personal data when the service has ended and the legally established deadlines have been met. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment, data portability, and opposition to treatment and not be subject to automated decisions at the email address datos@flexmyroom.com

The rights that assist the USER are:

• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data, and of limitation or opposition to their processing.

General Contracting Conditions

This contractual document will govern the contracting of products and services through the website [[Web]], owned by ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L, hereinafter ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L Acceptance of this document implies that the USER:

• Has read, understood, and comprehends the information provided here.
• Is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
• Assumes all the obligations set forth here.

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the website of ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L Robbins Inversiones Costa Blanca, S.L informs that the merchant is responsible and is aware of the current legislation in the countries to which it offers its services and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were previously contracted before the modification.

Object of the contract

This contract aims to regulate the contractual relationship between ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L and the USER at the time the USER accepts, during the online hiring process, the rental of real estate for temporary accommodation. The contractual relationship for accommodation reservation involves the rental of the chosen property, for a limited time, in exchange for a specified and publicly displayed price through the website. Extra services must be contracted at the time of booking.

Contracting Procedure

In order to access the services or products offered by ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L, the USER must register through the website by creating a user account. Therefore, the USER must provide their personal data voluntarily and freely, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), detailed in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of this website. The USER will select a username and password, committing to make diligent use of them and not making them available to third parties, as well as informing ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L of their loss or theft or unauthorized access by a third party, so that immediate action can be taken. 1. General Contracting Clauses

Unless expressly stipulated otherwise in writing, placing an order with ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L will imply the USER’s acceptance of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the USER may differ from those of ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L unless expressly accepted in advance and in writing by ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L.

2. Booking and Payment Process

Our automatic availability and pricing calculation system will allow you to choose the apartment or room you are interested in and immediately make the online payment of 100% of the rental price or, alternatively, you can make a bank transfer within a maximum period of 48 hours. If this transfer cannot be made within that period, your reservation will be automatically canceled. The expenses incurred by this payment method will be borne by the USER.   Reservation confirmation: Once the 100% payment has been made, the reservation will be confirmed instantly.   Security in online payment: ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L is committed to protecting USERS’ data to the maximum and does not have access to or can see at any time the credit card number you enter in the form, this information is encrypted and will be visible exclusively to the bank.

Security Deposits

ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L has a security deposit of 200 euros The payment of the deposit is always in cash or card, as upon leaving the accommodation, after inspecting it, the deposit will be returned to you. In the event of any damage to the accommodation, it will be deducted from this deposit.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-ins: Key collection is from 3:30 pm to midnight at our offices at C/VILLAVIEJA, 8, – 03002 ALICANTE (Alicante). Before 3:30 pm, your accommodation will not be available. If you arrive earlier, please call us, as you can leave your bags in luggage storage. Upon arrival at our agency and in accordance with current legislation, you must provide us with the reservation form and we will proceed to identify all occupants of the accommodation. Next, the reservation holder will sign a rental contract and pay the remaining 100% of the rent. You can pay by credit card or cash. The accommodation is delivered clean and with all kitchen utensils and equipment. Bath towels and bed sheets per person are included in the rental price. Check-outs: The check-out time for accommodations is from 5:00 am to 11:30 am. A representative from the agency will visit your accommodation at the agreed time to check the state of the apartment. At the agreed departure time of the accommodation, tenants must be ready with their bags packed and the apartment tidy and the kitchen clean.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer undertakes to respect the regulations of the Community. During the rest hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am, it is not allowed to use the accommodations for party celebrations or make noise. Under no circumstances is it allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than the maximum capacity. The use of electricity and water should be rational. When the air conditioning is on, do not forget to close doors and windows. It is prohibited to hang towels and clothes on balcony railings. Children must always be accompanied by their parents and under their responsibility. The contract holder is responsible for the correct behavior of all occupants. Otherwise, ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L reserves the right to expel occupants from the accommodation without any future claims or compensation. Neither ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L nor the owner will be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused as a result of improper use of the accommodation, including but not limited to: damage, losses after fires, theft, crime, accidents, or other types of damage.

3. Cancellations (Right of Withdrawal)

ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L will only accept reservation cancellations in writing by email: info@bealicante.com – If the reservation made directly with the establishment is canceled before the 30 days prior to the arrival date, ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L will charge the customer 100% of the first night. – If the reservation is canceled after the 30 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded to the customer (100%).

4. Complaints

Our goal is for our customers to have a pleasant stay. If during the rental period there is a breakdown in the facilities or electrical appliances, you must immediately notify ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L to resolve these incidents as soon as possible. In case of force majeure (damage caused by water, fire, etc.), ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L will replace the reserved accommodation with another of the same characteristics. In the event of no availability of accommodations, ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L will refund the total amount paid. Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for online conflict resolution between the USER and ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L, without resorting to the courts, by the intervention of a third party, called a Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between both parties. This body is neutral and will dialog with both parties to reach an agreement, and may ultimately suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict. 5. Force Majeure

The parties will not be held responsible for any fault due to force majeure. Compliance with the obligation will be delayed until the force majeure event ceases.

6. Competence of the User

You may not assign, transfer or transmit the rights, responsibilities, and obligations contracted. If any provision of these conditions is considered null or impossible to fulfill, the validity, legality, and compliance of the others will not be affected in any way, nor will they be modified in any way. The USER declares to have read, understood, and accepted these General Conditions in their entirety.

7. Offer Generalities

All sales and deliveries made by ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L will be subject to these General Conditions. No modification, alteration or agreement contrary to ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L’s Commercial Proposal or established here will have effect, except by express written agreement signed by ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L, in such case, these specific agreements will prevail. Given the continuous technical advances and improvements in products, ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L reserves the right to modify its specifications regarding the information provided in its advertising, until it does not affect the value of the services offered. These modifications are also valid in case the supply of the offered products is affected for any reason.

8. Price and Validity Period of the Offer

Prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other applicable taxes and will be expressed in EURO currency. The prices applicable to each property are those published on the website. The USER assumes that the economic assessment of some services may vary in real-time. Prices can change daily until the reservation is made. Any payment made to ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L will result in the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered USER or the company name provided at the time of booking. This invoice will be delivered to the USER upon completion of the rental and payment of all contracted services. 9. Purchase Process

Property Search: Our website has a search system by different parameters to facilitate your choice of accommodation. Types of reservations: Reservation with immediate confirmation: Minimum price of the service stipulated on the website. The reservation can be made online and additional services can be added as needed. Price not available: If the service price is not available, the USER will be informed as soon as possible, by email or phone.

Reservation (purchase request)

From the Online Reservation section, you can view the description and characteristics of the accommodation, included services, optional services (extras), and the specific conditions of each property. The final price will be calculated according to the selected entry and exit dates, the number of guests (adults and children), and the chosen additional services.

10. Guarantees and Returns

The guarantee of the products offered will respond to the following articles based on Law 23/2003, of July 10, on the Sale of Consumer Goods and Services Guarantees:
