Now, with any rate you choose, we exclusively add Travel Assistance Insurance during your stay. And if you choose our Non-Refundable rate, you will also have included a cancellation insurance that covers unforeseen events before the start of the trip.

  • – The validity of this insurance begins on the day the reservation is formalised and prepaid and ends on the day of check-in.
  • – You will be able to cancel your booking and recover the prepaid amount for more than 20 reasons covered by the policy./span>
  • -Covers the main unforeseen events that may arise before your trip: health reasons, work, legal, flight delays, etc../span>

We also include coverage in case your flight is delayed and your plans change:

  • – If your outbound flight is delayed for more than 24 hours and prevents you from starting your journey, you can cancel your trip and claim the prepaid amount of your booking.
  • -If your outbound flight is delayed for the reasons listed above and you arrive later at your destination, you can claim the loss of services for the first night of your booking.

  • – Covers the main contingencies at the destination: medical assistance, repatriation, reimbursement of holidays not taken.

If you meet any of the above criteria and you have booked a non-refundable fare, please follow the steps below:

  1. – Contact us requesting the cancellation of the reservation and the invoice of the expenses.
  2. – Contact the insurer via email: flexmyroom@arag.es indicating your personal details and the number of your policy, attaching the invoice and proof of the reason for cancellation.
  3. – The insurer will contact you as soon as possible with instructions to follow.

The insurance covers the main holder of the reservation as well as accompanying persons.

When you need to make use of it, you must contact the assistance centre.+34 91 566 15 88 so that they can tell you how to proceed and which medical centre or hospital to go to. In the centres arranged with the company, the company will pay the expenses directly, in the rest, you will have to pay the bill, which will be reimbursed later.

You will receive an email on the day of booking with all the information about your insurance.
